Our researchers work on various scientific projects with in different collaboration frameworks with academic research institutes. Our team’s major field of interest in basic research covers a wide spectrum in material science and interdisciplinary subjects.

We are highly committed to search for scientific reasons and explanation of application based problems, raised by industrial partners. Sometimes, this creates real challenges as usually the raised issues are complex and interdisciplinary cases and multiple different tests required to obtain the results. Our research laboratory is currently being equipped with modern material characterisation and fabrication methods, such as: SEM with EDAX, powder XRD, DSC, DTA, Micro Vickers, Optical Microscopy, Mossbauer spectroscopy and many others.

Several sample production process are also available for research purposes, such as induction melting in normal-, reducing- and inert atmosphere, normal melting, low- and high energy mechanical milling and grinding, electrochemical deposition.
